"Return felt a bit slow, but it worked out"
The return ended up going fine overall. It took a little longer than I expected, and I kind of had a feeling it might drag a bit, but in the end everything was handled okay.

"Sizing has been dependable"
I’ve bought a few shirts and pants from Haband now, and the sizing has been consistent for me. I usually stick with my normal size and don’t feel like I’m taking a gamble every time. One pair of pants did feel a little roomier than I expected, but it wasn’t enough to make me return them. When I asked about sizing, support basically said something like, “Most items should run true to size, but there can be slight differences by style,” which matched what I’ve noticed. Overall, I’m happy with what I’ve gotten, though I do wish every item fit exactly the same.

"Refund came quicker than I expected"
I ordered a couple of things from Haband, but one of them just didn’t fit me right, so I ended up sending it back.
I’ll be honest, I was already bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth that comes with returns these days, because dealing with customer service can be exhausting. But the refund showed up on my card just a few days after they received the item.
Overall, it was simple and didn’t turn into some drawn-out hassle, which I really appreciated. Nothing flashy, just a return that worked the way it should.

I ordered a few shirts and they arrived pretty much when they were supposed to, which is always a nice surprise these days. The tracking was decent, though not super detailed or anything, but it did the job. Package came in safe, shirts were all there, no drama. Reliable delivery experience for me.

"I ended up having to exchange a pair..."
I ended up having to exchange a pair of pants because the size wasn’t quite right. I was kind of hoping it would move a little faster, but customer service was helpful whenever I checked in. The new pair showed up in good shape and fit much better, so it all worked out in the end. Not a totally perfect process, but still a good experience overall...

"Such a relief that the sizes fit"
I ordered a couple of shirts and pants from Haband, i was relieved once I tried everything on. I’m always a little nervous that clothes ordered online will run too small or just fit weird, but these were right in line with the size chart. Everything fit well, and I didn’t have to deal with sending anything back, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with the order...

I ordered from Haband and yeah, everything came the way I chose it. The sizes were right, the colors matched, no weird mixups or anything like that. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but once it got here, it was all correct. So... overall, happy with it.

"Shopping on the site feels way harder than it should"
I tried ordering from haband.com the whole website was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t really seem to narrow things down the way I expected, and I kept ending up back on items I’d already clicked through. It almost felt like the site was nudging me in circles instead of helping me actually find what I wanted. Checkout wasn’t much better either, kind of clunky and not super clear. The clothes might be perfectly fine, but the website makes shopping there feel like a chore.

"I’ve ordered from haband a few times..."
I’ve ordered from haband a few times now, the best part is catching one of their sales. I got a promo code in my email one day and figured I’d try it, and it actually knocked a nice amount off my total. Shipping wasn’t anything crazy, but it was decent and showed up in a reasonable time. Since they seem to run deals often, I usually wait for a discount before buying, and it makes it a lot easier to grab a couple extra things without feeling like I spent too much.

"Pretty good shirts for the price"
I ordered a couple shirts from Haband and they were better than I was expecting. The fabric feels decent, not super fancy or anything, but comfy enough. I washed them already and the stitching held up fine too. Not perfect, but for the price, yeah I’m happy with em

"Package came looking clean"
My package were in good shape when it got here, no dents or ripped corners or anything. The clothes was folded neatly and nothing looked smashed. Overall, I’m happy with how it showed up.

"Customer service did get back to me..."
Customer service did get back to me quickly and fixed the issue with my order, so I’ll give them that. But i’m still annoyed because the problem was clearly on their end and I shouldn’t have had to chase anyone down to get my order sorted in the first place.

"Comfy everyday clothes, though I wasn’t sure at first"
I ordered a few things from haband and, i was a little confused at first because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from the fit. But once I tried everything on, I was happy with how comfortable it all felt. Nothing was tight or scratchy, and it was easy to wear around the house or while running errands.
The pants were probably my favorite because they’re soft and move nicely when I sit down or walk around. They’re not fancy or anything, but that’s kind of what I wanted, just simple comfy clothes. I’d order again, even if I still don’t really know why I was so unsure in the first place.

"Absolutely the Softest, No Itch at All"
I swear, this fabric is ridiculously soft. Like, zero scratchiness whatsoever, I’m completely sure of it. It feels really nice on my skin and is way more comfortable than I expected...

"Clothes held up well"
I ordered a couple of shirts and some pants from Haband, they’ve held up better than I expected. I’ve washed them a few times now and they still look good, with no seams coming apart or anything like that. One item didn’t fit quite perfectly, but overall the durability seems good so far

Haband Q&A
Used to use haband.com, but site now (10/29/2015 & thereafter) comes up with "welcome to our new web site," a box theoretically allowing you to choose from their "14 stores" that is overwritten (by itself), and text-style hyperlinks that don't allow you to hyperlink. tried calling, but after waiting on hold was told the site was fine and i'd have to be transferred to someone else "for my convenience" in reporting it. tried the chat, but was very rudely & repeatedly told the web site had been in use for a year and that there was no problem. implication: the problem is at my end. using the most recent version of ie. tried chrome, but no help. i've been able to use every single other site i've used--financial, medical, shopping, etc., with not problem, so... i can't be the only one with this problem (can i?), so maybe haband should listen when a customer calls a) trying to place an order online and b) saying they can't; and then fix the problem.

Did haband and blair merge? i paid my bill to blair in march and just received a new balance -do not pay from haband. i did not order from haband.

On my last order i only received part of it. there were 5 pairs of shorts that were from a back order added to my order but they were not shipped.
